Built in 2009, the "Beach House" at Christmas Island.  Located lakefront, this 3 bedroom contemporary showplace features an abundance of amenities seldom found in any rental facility.  The "Beach House" is totally furnished and comfortably sleeps 8-10 with central heat and A/C.  The design offers privacy for each of the 3 bedrooms and 3 baths.

The public areas of the home feature knotty pine and a combination of hardwood and tile flooring.  The spacious living room features gas fireplace, flat screen color TV, Stereo, DVD, and surround sound.  The open concept living design allows easy communication between the kitchen, dining and living room areas.

The kitchen is fully applianced, including dishes, glasses, pots and pans, and icemaker.  The formal dining area seats 8 comfortably, with a nearby bar with stools.

An over sized three-season room has a large sitting area with a picnic table for 10, wet bar, kids play area and an awesome first floor view of Lake Winnipesaukee.

Three master bedrooms and private den have wall to wall carpet.  Bedroom #1 on the first floor features two full beds with an exit to the lower outside deck and a waterfront view and nearby custom tiled bath.  Bedroom #2 on the second floor has a King bed, offers a waterfront view, and walkout to a large second story deck boasting a magnificent lake, dock and grounds view.  And a nearby custom bath.  Bedroom #3 features privacy and a king bed, nearby custom tiled bath, second floor surround views of the lake and cove.

The den area has a second floor water view.  It features a queen sleep-couch.  It has a door to the upper deck area.  The upper large deck features table seating and sun bathing lounge chairs.  It has a great view of the lake and cove areas.

A ground level back deck, off of the kitchen / dining area has a gas grill, and waterfront seating for your enjoyment and privacy.  Truly an outdoor living design.

The "Beach House" has several flat screen TV's, nearby beaches, dock, grill, outdoor furniture, picnic table and large deck.
